Mediterranean Martini

This needs no introduction but still it is Vodka with berries topped with sparkling wine and that's awesome.

INGREDIENTS:

30 ml Polish rye vodka/ French grape vodka

4 fresh strawberries

2 fresh gooseberries

Few mint leaves (bruised)

Splash lime juice

Splash sugar syrup

Chilled sparkling wine to top

Glass: Chilled martini 

PROCEDURE:

Add strawberries, gooseberries and mint leaves in mixing glass.

Muddle to release juices.

Fill mixing glass with ice.

Add vodka, lime & sugar.

Shake and strain into martini glass.

Top with sparkling wine.

Garnish.
